These Pumpkin Overnight Oats are the perfect fall breakfast! đThey are very east to make, and require very little effort on your part. I made them last night, and Iâm already planning on making them again! đ¤
đŠâđłThe trick is to add as much or as little of these ingredients to taste. I donât measure these out, but here is an approximate measurement of the ingredients I use:

đ¸1 Cup of Pumpkin Oat Milk
đ¸1 Cup of Rolled Oats
đ¸7oz Plain Greek Yogurt
đ¸2-3 Tips Chia Seeds
đ¸1-2 Tbps Pumpkin Pureeđ¸Honey
đ¸Pumpkin Spice
đ¸Chopped Pecans (topping)
1ď¸âŁIn a large bowl mix: Milk, Yogurt, Puree
2ď¸âŁMix in: Oats & Chia Seeds
3ď¸âŁSeason with pumpkin spice and honey to taste - you can also use maple syrup, I personally prefer honey.
4ď¸âŁSeparate into smaller containers
5ď¸âŁLet sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
6ď¸âŁTop with pecans and drizzle with honey.

â˘All ingredients except the oats and chia seeds are interchangeable.
â˘Use any milk of your choice
â˘Adjust milk for liquid v dry consistency
â˘Add more Chia seeds for a pudding-like consistency
â˘Add more yogurt for thicker consistency + brighter taste
